Solstice is brewed daily as our house coffee. It is always a rotating single origin from an origin of our choosing, we choose seasonally fresh lots that showcase a unique “bright” flavor profile. It is roasted just a little darker than many of our coffees in order to be very approachable great black or with a splash of cream.
