Coffee cupping, is one of the tasting techniques used by coffee farmers, importers, and roasters to evaluate and score a coffee in terms of its aroma and flavor. It’s also a great way to taste different coffees back to back and learn about all the wonderful nuances that are present in different coffees.
For this Free event, Head Roaster & owner, Benjamin will give an introduction on cupping protocols and some basic sensory knowledge. We will then get to taste and discuss all of our current coffee offerings here at the cafe!
