FAQ
- Once a month subscriptions ship on the first Friday of the month. (That's when the monthly batch goes out.)
- Every two weeks subscriptions recur every other week based on the day you started your subscription. (These are not all batched on one shared day.)
You will be charged for your first order on the day you sign up.
- For once a month subscriptions, subsequent orders are charged on the 25th (for the next month's shipment).
- For every two weeks subscriptions, you are charged every other week based on your start date (this is not tied to the 25th).
For once a month subscriptions, the cutoff is the 25th. If you sign up after the 25th and before the first Friday of the following month, your first shipment will be in the next monthly batch (Example: If you signup on May 30, you will receive your first shipment in July). If you need coffee sooner, we recommend adding a bag (or two) for a one-time order so it ships right away.
Yes. You can manage everything from the "Subscriptions" tab in your account:
- Pause
- Skip
- Update quantity or frequency
- Cancel and restart later
Yes. You can add one-time items to an upcoming shipment from your account (look for the "add to upcoming order" area in your subscription portal).
Roaster's Choice is one featured coffee per month. If you choose multiple bags in a shipment or an every two weeks subscription, you'll receive the same featured coffee in your selected quantity and frequency. (The variety is month-to-month.)
Yes. Pickup is available at checkout. (Shipping is also available for all subscriptions.)
