FAQ

How long can I rent the room for?

You can rent the room via Calendly for up to 4 hours and anything more than that we just ask that you send us an email to coordinate with our team to be sure there are no conflicts.

Can I rent the room outside of business hours?

Yes! We are happy to rent the space for events outside of our regular business hours. Just send us an email at info@rockfordroasting.co for availability and pricing and someone from our team will get back to you within a couple of days.

How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?

Sometimes we use the room for our own meetings so we just ask that you reserve via the website an hour in advance to be sure that we can clear it and get it ready for you to enjoy!

Is anything else included with my reservation?

The reservation is just to hold the space for you, but you are welcome to order any drinks or food items you like as usual. PRO TIP: if you're reserving the space for a meeting - you could call right after making the reservation or just 30m ahead of your reservation and order a coffee traveler to have in the room with you for your guests!

How many people can I have in the room with me?

The meeting room has a maximum capacity of 15 people. It has a table that easily seats eight, two arm chairs, and a small couch that seats two. If you need a couple extra seats just let us know sometime before your reservation so we can be sure to reserve them for you.
